The Reuse Building Supply at Eastside Rebuild strives to have useful, high demand inventory on its shelves every day. We work behind the scenes to make sure you can get what you need for your projects at the lowest possible price. It’s difficult to keep our inventory up to date online, but we try. We sell highly reusable building materials.
Our inventory is always changing—and always full of possibility. As a nonprofit reuse center in Cashmere, WA, we specialize in salvaged building materials, used tools, hardwood and vintage furniture, cabinets, home appliances and construction materials donated by builders, businesses, and generous community members.
This page gives you a general idea of what we carry in-store. Our Instagram feed below features some of our more current and standout items, but availability changes daily. If you see something you love, call us to confirm—it may already be out the door!
We stock the kinds of materials we believe have a solid shot at a second life—surplus lumber, vintage doors and windows, lighting, tools, hardware, and furniture built to last. Pricing these items fairly—while keeping the lights on—is one of the most challenging parts of our work. Most materials are priced at 30–50% of their original retail value; new-in-box items may be closer to 60–80%. As a nonprofit operating on slim margins, we do our best to keep reuse affordable for everyone. For that reason, we ask that customers refrain from negotiating unless there's a clear issue with the price—if something feels off, we’re always open to a thoughtful conversation.
